StartUp Britain end of year book
Tomorrow is StartUp Britain’s third anniversary and after years of hard work, its founders have decided it’s time to hand over the assets of the campaign to independent think tank, the Centre for Entrepreneurs.
StartUp Britain was launched in 2011. Its mission was to build momentum in the start-up world – and positivity around entrepreneurship and its important role in the revival of the British economy.
Through bus tours, pop-ups, trackers, pitching and free events aimed at instilling not just enthusiasm for new business ideas, but imparting skills and tech know-how, the campaign has been part of a change in popular culture towards entrepreneurship and how accessible and rewarding it is perceived to be.
